These Specialized Clinics will advance the participant’s tumbling skills. The
multiple stations provided will enable the gymnast to gain muscle memory of the desired skill. Drills and repetition are crucial components to ensure success, and will be emphasized. Coaches will stress proper progressions and technique with repeated spotting as well as verbal instruction and feedback.
