MakeUp Class Policies
Missed a class? We offer ONE make up class per month per student.
Please pre-register for a make-up class through the online portal.
Enrollment in available make-up classes are first come, first serve.
Program Policies
TUITION: Tuition is always due on the first day of each month and is a fixed amount regardless of the number of classes held within the month. We plan and provide a place for your child, therefore MISSED CLASSES CANNOT BE PRORATED, CREDITED OR REFUNDED.

REGISTRATION FEE: This fee is an ANNUAL and NON-REFUNDABLE fee due upon registration, and renewable each year on your child’s anniversary start date.
WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASS: If you wish to remove your child from a class, WRITTEN NOTIFICATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE 20TH OF YOUR CHILD’S LAST MONTH. If written notification is received after the 20th , your child will be dropped at the end of the following month. Emails are acceptable for cancellation notification, however until we have acknowledged receipt of your withdrawal email, you will be responsible for tuition. Verbal notifications to a coach, phone calls or phone messages will NOT be accepted as a withdrawal notification!
ATTIRE: Shorts, T-shirts or leotards are ideal. We ask that female gymnasts wear full coverage tops (i.e. no midriffs, sports bras, etc.) Please avoid clothes with buttons, snaps, hooks, zippers, or belts. These clothes are unsafe for your child to wear. All children should have bare feet – no socks or tights. Long hair should be pulled back and no jewelry should be worn.
