Harpeth School of Gymnastics Girl's Competitive team is growing strong. With each competition this team gets stronger, continues to improve, and captures more and more awards. Through a focused training regimen, we have developed skilled Compulsory and Training Teams that will provide continued success for our competitive Girls Team program.
Compulsory-level gymnastics helps to provide the skills and strength to progress to more difficult routines. Since all gymnasts perform the same routine, emphasis is placed on perfecting techniques and making the minor adjustments necessary to become a top-level athlete.
